2. Ordering & Payment
- Contract: A contract for the sale of goods or services is formed only when we send you a confirmation email stating that your order has been accepted and/or dispatched.
- Pricing: All prices displayed are in GBP (£) and include VAT (if applicable) at the current UK rate, unless otherwise stated.
- Payment Security: We use secure payment processors . We do not store your credit card details.
3. Delivery & Shipping
- Delivery: We aim to deliver orders 48 hours after confirmation. Delivery days are between Tuesdays and Saturdays. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Ordering Sir Korsanti may take 3- 5 business days to arrive unless you are based in Leicester.
- Risk: Once the goods are delivered to you, you are responsible for them.
- UK Delivery Only: Unless otherwise agreed, we only deliver to UK addresses.
4. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
- Your Right to Cancel (The 14-Day Rule): For most online purchases in the UK, you have a 14-day "cooling-off" period to cancel your order from the day you receive the goods.
- Returns: If you wish to return an item, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be returned to us unused and in its original condition within a further 14 days.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a full refund (including standard outbound shipping costs) to your original payment method within 14 days.
- Exceptions: This policy does not usually apply to:
- Custom/Personalised goods.
- Perishable items.
- Sealed goods which have been opened and cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons (e.g., certain cosmetics, pierced earrings).
- Digital content once the download/streaming has started.
